Service is horrible. Just needed to drop off my equipment and it took 45 mins. You'll end up waiting at least an hour for anyone to even help you or check you in.

They are not a Verizon store they are a reseller. That would be all fine, well and good but I would have given zero stars because I placed an order for a phone with Verizon Wireless over the phone...
