Learn to be more welcoming to women. The Fairfax Fall Fest table wasn't very welcoming to the women. I wasn't the only one, either, who was given the cold shoulder.

Great post and is very welcoming and inclusive of our newest generation of warriors from OIF and OEF - In fact, the leadership is almost all from these conflicts now.
