Deplorable customer service. Its like you are interrupting them to get someone to help. If Verizon is considered a premier provider, then staff your stores accordingly!

Bought a new Samsung s8 plus the last of October and the charger quit working in less than 2 months and they would not replace ,said to contact samsung, will not be buying anything else from this...

Horrible customer service! One staff member goofed around on her phone while I stood there waiting to be helped. Finally walked out and went to Walmart to make my purchase.
