I keep calling to speak to someone they send me a code I put it I twice then you hang up because I didn't put codein

Everytime I call this store or any other store I am placed on an indefinite hold. I don't even know if the number provided is to the actual store or is just a generic call center number .

You can't talk to a human being. Being 76 I can't do all this typing to explain my problems. Don't get them..not worth the hassle. Will be looking for another carrier. Sorry I am talking about...
