Everything went well. The receptionist was very nice. I was called in quickly. The technician listed to my issue and provided a suggestion. I left the office.

In my opinion-The staff could use some customer service training. Barking instructions (insurance card! ID! Sit in the blue chair! Sit in either chair!.... ) isn't the same as being considerate...
