Our firm found its origin in the trust and estates practice of Pat Vaughan that began in the early 1970's with the law firm of Adams, Porter & Radigan. As his business grew, Pat selected attorneys uniquely qualified as individuals and practitioners with whom he could build his practice. Over time, Donna Fincher, Martha Sotelo, Dan Vaughan and Diane Yawn joined the team. Until 2003, Pat, Donna, Martha, Dan and Diane formed the Trust and Estates practice of Adams, Porter & Radigan. In January of 2003, we made the decision to branch off of AP&R and to form a firm that specializes solely in Estate Planning and Estate Administration services. Vaughan, Fincher & Sotelo was born! In the past 30 plus years, Pat's solo trust and estates practice has grown to a small, but fully capable, estate planning and estate administration practice with 6 attorneys, 5 legal assistants and a full support staff serving clients from our Vienna and Leesburg offices. We are happy to provide you with a team of professionals solely dedicated to providing comprehensive estate planning and administration services for you and the generations to come.
