Technology is cumbersome and outdated. If you live outside of the US, it's a nightmare. There is absolutely no live assistance (other than with the big credit card companies) outside of Virginia...

They use to be "the" place to go and it was a privilege to bank there. Not anymore. Greed has taken over. The best loan rates in the area are now some of the worst. I have financed my last 2 homes...
