Cece is very kind and her customer service was exceptional. I did have to wait in line for 25 minutes but she made it a much more positive experience.

Extremely rude employee treated me like I was stupid because I didn't know that I had to take what I was mailing TO THE table to self-package and asked another customer to put it on said tables...
