I'e banked with United Bank for the last 13 years and I have multiple accounts with them. I had overdrafted an account by $11.34m so they charged me $36. I had overdraft protection but somehow...

They will send a late fee before payment has arrived in mail, when no payments are ever missed and in fact the lost the check and blamed it on the mail carrier. Need to take responsibility.
