We were ok with curbside pick up. But... Our HOA recently hired Truman for backdoor service and that's where service went downhill. We went weeks without pickup. Turns out, backdoor service...

They never pick up the trash on time. They never answer their phone. Their mailbox for voicemail is always full. And they don't respond to emails.

I need my trash picked up. acct 126787. I had to send you messages in January when it wasn't picked up for 3 weeks and with this week that's a total of a month of no pick up. I will not pay for...
