Although TreauFitness was started in 2016, the Owner/CEO, Franklin, has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years. He became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2006 and has utilized his extensive experience to establish a health clientele in the Northern Virginia area. Over the past year, he has successfully coached both Men's Physique and Women's Bikini and Figure competitors to stage - consistently resulting in Top 5 placings as well as Overall wins. TreauFitness also provides Nutrition Consultations, Meal Plans and Competition Stage Prep Services (TreauGlam).
