We ordered a jog stroller online for our vacation in Chicago in July 2014. We received a confirmation e-mail. No stroller ever showed up to our hotel, nor did they take (or return) phone calls....

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I made an online reservation for a stroller from the Chicago Franchise location weeks in advance. No one ever contacted me to confirm or take payment....
