Old Mansion's highly trained Quality Control staff samples and analyzes all spices and blends with a battery of laboratory tests to ensure they conform to our exacting specifications.Extensive employee training programs complement our HACCP plan which includes detailed Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP ) and Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ). These procedures and practices are detailed rules that govern all activities within our plant. Quality Control staff keep detailed reports about each production run and extract samples for laboratory evaluation.
