Jackie became a certified yoga instructor in 2005 and a certified massage therapist in 2007 where she began practicing massage at some of Charlottesville's most well-known chiropractic offices and spas including Oasis Day Spa and Body Shop, voted the best day spa in Charlottesville 2004-2011 by CVille Weekly. To accommodate a growing demand for her healing massage techniques, Jackie opened Thrive healing in 2012. Guided by her own experiences and belief that beauty and a state of wellness are rooted from the inside, Jackie has integrated meditation, healthful eating and natural remedies into all aspects of her work to help give clients the customized healing they need. This includes communication with spirit, energy medicines, ayurvedic principles, food and nutrition.
