Great experience. James was on top of his game. I went in to get a document notarized and was in and out in under 5 minutes. The store was clean and welcoming. Parking easy. Pricing fair.

Bottom line...UPS stores are awesome...this one not so much. Customer service is important and this place lacks it. I don't care that they charged me for a plastic bag. Any respectable business...
