Just bought an appartment here amongst a family centered community. Kids are playing safely outside and people walk a lot since it is close to the shops. No diference from city life

Terrible management. Over priced hoa fees with 0 amenities. They will tow your car for absolutely no reason. The security runs around and harasses you with parking violations all day.
