In January of 2014, Scott Livengood and Brandon Butler, along with Kelly Cutler, formed Cutler, Butler & Livengood, PLLC. Cutler, Butler & Livengood was later reorganized into The Law Offices of Butler & Livengood in February of 2017. Our tenacity and commitment to excellence has awarded us high-profile cases, including the 4th largest settlement in Virginia in 2014, and one of the largest cases won by any firm in the Lynchburg, Roanoke and New River Valley regions.
