Makes you pay for valet trash but the trash system is so bad and trash sits out for 2 days most weeks. Staff will also fine you trash is too big or you have boxes. Staff is constantly emailing you...

I would almost give it 5 stars but there are a couple things I don't like. There is an absurd amount of dog poop everywhere they people don't pick up.... Despite the thousands of poop stations...

I have had a good experience living here so far. The staff are very responsive to all needs. Lots of fun activities weekly for the residents.
