The Dark Horse Irish Pub was formerly Griffin Tavern. It is now a traditional Irish Pub in a lovely 1870's building that was renovated into the restaurant/bar in 2002. We are located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains in beautiful Rappahannock County. Our bar is configured for socializing. We are where the locals hang out and our visitors feel welcomed! There is a selection of Irish beers on tap and a variety of wine, spirits and Irish whiskey. We have indoor and outdoor seating and are biker, family and pet friendly. We serve lunch and dinner seven days a week. Free wifi. Our full dinner menu begins at 4:00 and ends at 8pm. Sunday Brunch served until 3pm.
