Another great experience at the Bone! Love coming here on July 4th. It's our family annual tradition. The food was great. Service was excellent.

The Bone is a family owned and operated quick-service restaurant aimed to set the benchmark of barbeque establishments in the region.

We have brick and mortar locations in Gainesville and Manassas, VA. In 2015 we opened a concessions concept in the Verizon Center which led us to opening an additional location at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. Brisket, pulled pork 10/10. Food was so good I forgot to take a pic! Manassas ambiance is great. My only complaint is that they close so early.

I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars if I could. The man who took our order was friendly. The brisket and sausage were pretty good. The ribs were just ok. They tasted like they were smoked...
