It's really not cool to order some food you add stuff to so it is customized, and the store just sends you premade Hotbox items. I always order extra cheesecake extra red sauce in my bean...

It's a newer restaurant in the area & it's decorated really cute & colorful. The staff is friendly & the store has been clean each time I've been there. We stopped by for Wild Strawberry...

Paid for $12 worth of food I did not get so I returned to the establishment. Was never rude. Tried to be polite and light about it and felt very singled out by young female there with long braids...

My first time at this place. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos with sausage. Absolutely inedible. They were burned beyond repair. I got one bite out of each by pulling it apart in the middle.
