Drove 25 minutes out of my way requesting help with application for a screen protector on a T-Mobile phone and was turned away! At least their customer service is consistent with their service!!

Came to the store to simply return my wireless box and I was told I had to wait even though he admitted all he needed to do was provide me with a receipt. I should have just mailed it in. Terrible...
