The young lady cutting my two-year old's hair just seemed very inexperienced. She took a few snips and asked, "is that good?"... this was the process she followed throughout the cut... a few snips...

I have hair, they cut it. It was a fair trade. I keep coming back because my hair keeps growing. If they figure out how to cut it once and make it stay that way forever, I'd be willing to pay more.
