whenever i order online and go pick it up....its ready. The ladies in there have always been nice and polite and attentive...and the food is delicious!

The service is terrible I was in chester for work and I ate there 7 or 8 times , the staff is never happy they always look pissed off ... Worst service I ever had

The lady that prepared my food told me she can't heat up my wrap. Also she got an attitude when I asked if she could put some more spinach or olives because she barely put any on there. ):...
