Lack of customer service skills from management. So much so that I have a recording of just the word "B****" on my voicemail from the manager who refused to remove the late charge from my account....

I would rate this company less then one Star but I couldnt choose it. They have increased the rent 5 times. It is now almost $100. It started at $18. I do not recommend this company.
