Jacobs and Diaz, Optometrists, it's our mission to keep the eyes of Blacksburg and the NRV healthy, seeing clearly and looking great.Dr. Steve Jacobs, Optometrist, opened in August, 1990 with the goal of helping our community to see well, look good, and be informed on issues of visual health and well-being. It is our business to provide comprehensive optometric eye care whether it be eye exams, eyeglasses or anything else. It is our pleasure to treat our patients as members of our extended families. We strive to know our patients' needs and wants, and to provide personalized attention in a unique atmosphere offering warmth, knowledge, skill and fun.

Dr. Jacobs is great and very knowledgeable. My entire family and I went to his office. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Things I miss being away from Blacksburg!

Both Jacobs and Diaz are knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, thorough. staff are helpful and friendly. atmosphere is laid back. hours are convenient. What more could you want from your eye doctor?
