30+ mins wait time for a MOBILE ORDER. The problem is, I don't know the wait time until AFTER I pay. I could have gone thru the drive thru in half the time.

Short staffed. Rude customers. "No ordering inside, cafe closed for ordering." But you have time to complain when people come in prompting them to order on their phones while we watch you work....
