I take coffee breaks at Starbucks, I take a long mugs, and I order hot matcha. The waiter has a good attitude, he knows how to say thank you.

This location is slow and the customer service is terrible. The ambiance is people standing around everywhere waiting for drinks so not cozy at all. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

It's sufficiently clean, but judging by the time it takes to complete a transaction, you'd think they're completing a tectonic plate adjustment, rather than blending a Frappuccino.
