HistoryWe started in 2006 as a Commercial and Residential Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor, then in 2012 we opened Revived Real Estate as a General Contractor. Thus allowing us to offer a clients a more full service package, from design, to build out, to close out.SpecialtiesRevived Real Estate was founded in 2010 by father son team, Ira and Patrick Petersen after owning a mechanical/plumbing company for over 35 years. After years of helping our customers find ways to save and build better, we decided to start our own General Contracting company which allowing us to offer our clients a streamline process for their construction needs. Revived Real Estate is unique in the fact that we are Northern Virgnia's only General Contractor that performs the mechanical and plumbing scopes of the projects we are working on. This allow us to offer our clients another way to save and value engineer their project. By RRE performing all tasks in a project, except for electrical and roofing in-house, we are able to pass that saving along to our customers. While at the same time extending a level of trade coordination that is normally unheard of. Collectively Ira and Patrick have over 45 years of hands-on residential and commercial construction experience. Revived Real Estate is a Class A Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, serving the Northern Virginia and Richmond areas. RRE holds Virginia Master's Licenses for, Building, Gas, Plumbing and Mechanical trades, as shown below.
