Owner and audiologist Carrie Knox, Au.D., CCC-A earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2005 from James Madison University. She continued her audiology studies at James Madison University, receiving a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2009.
