Shen-Val Farm is operated by the McDonald Family. They are a Virginia Century Farm. Their farming operations cover Brown Swiss and Holstein dairy cattle, registered Angus cattle, a variety of flowers and potted herbs grown in the greenhouse, and vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, squash, cucumbers, spring onions, gourds, asparagus, and others. The fruit picked from their orchards includes apricots, nectarines, cherries, plums, several varieties of peaches and several varieties of apples.Also at the Shen-Val Farm Market, patrons can enjoy freshly baked muffins, cookies, breads, pies, cupcakes, and cakes. The best seller and something you must try is the coconut cream pie!

This market is a gem! A welcome atmosphere, farm fresh produce, plants, jellies, jams, ciders, snacks, plus DELICIOUS fresh-baked pies. Try the 'fruits of the forest' pie; amazing!
