Annie joined the TowneBank Merchant Services team in 2021. As a Merchant Services Advisor, she assists business members in and around the Richmond, VA area with accepting credit card, debit card, and online payments. Annie also supports her members with knowledgeable support and training tools to help them streamline their payment processing and reporting. Annie earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Radford University and has prior banking industry experience. "I am excited to help my business members with their payment processing solutions."

Shareema uses her 14 years of business development and analytical experience to meet, retain, and grow member relationships with a core focus on commercial and industrial borrowers. She assesses the best financial solutions to enhance her members' business model to aid them to meet their financial goals, ensuring a symbiotic relationship with her members along the way. She earned her Bachelors degree from Virginia State University and is a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management. Shareema loves volunteerism and is a proud supporter of Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. She is a board member of the Richmond Chapter for the Risk Management Association, as well as a member of the River City Rotary and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. “The most fulfilling part of my job is being able to pinpoint the perfect financial solutions for my members that will make the most meaningful impact for their operations to meet both their short-term and long-term goals.”

Reggie has 16 years of financial experience and joined the Towne family in 2022 to serve as branch manager of our Short Pump location. He leads a team of bankers to provide financial services for personal and professional banking needs. Reggie earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Savannah State University. In his spare time, he volunteers with Sportable, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, and FeedMore to serve his community. “I love having the ability to connect with people within the community and build life-long relationships.”
