Shannon Clark

Chas is a senior commercial banker who works with companies and entrepreneurs to provide business and real estate loans, deposits, and cash management services. He has two decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2009. Chas has an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. He is also a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management. He serves on the board and is Treasurer of Virginia Beach Vision, the board of Hampton Roads Workforce Development, the board of the Old Dominion University Real Estate Foundation, and is a 2020 graduate of the CIVIC Leadership Institute."I believe in creating a sustainable future for our communities!"

Kim is a Commercial Banking Officer with a broad client list focusing on non-profits, restaurants, government contractors, industrial companies, wholesalers and more. She has over 3 decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2017. Kim is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She currently serves as an executive board member for the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. “My goal is to help make your plan a reality!”

Merrick has 15 years of banking experience with TowneBank. She partners with businesses to help them grow and accomplish their goals. She serves on the Children’s Health Foundation Board for CHKD, the Board for the Virginia Arts Festival and the Norfolk Academy Alumni Board. Merrick is a graduate of the University of Virginia where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. “I am part of an incredible team where the culture of building relationships and community helps to make my job very rewarding.”
