Pregnancy massage is specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. The expecting mother's body must be properly position and supported during massage using pillows and padding. Proper positioning ensures comfort and safety for the mother and baby. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation. The essential oils are extracted from the parts of herbs and plants which can be applied in a bath, on the face mask, or through massage.
