Located along the Occoquan Reservoir in Fairfax Station, Virginia, Sandy Run Regional Park houses the area’s scholastic rowing facility and racecourse. The facility’s three boathouses and 2,000 meter Class A racecourse provide a venue for rowing crew education, training and competitions. The boat launch and facility are open to registered crews and their personnel only.

God help you if you go to watch a boat race. The lot at Sandy Run fills up at the crack of dawn, & then you have to drive miles away to a commuter lot & wait forever for a bus.... Add at least an...

Been coming to Sandy Run to compete for my school's crew team since 2016 and it's by far my favorite venue for competition. It's kind of a pain getting in and out but when you're there it's great....
