The community provides independent and assisted living services. Sanders has a health care center that offers nursing and respite care services. Its homes feature outdoor decks, washers, dryers, air conditioning systems and microwaves. In addition, the community provides housekeeping, maintenance, laundry and food services. Sanders also has smoke and fire alarms and 24-hour emergency call systems. It offers wellness and family and activity programs, as well as transportation services and exercise classes. The community additionally provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. Located in Gloucester, Va., Sanders is a part of Riverside Health System.
