The worst hair salon in Norfolk, Virginia. If you want your hair messed up then Tiffany is the one for you. The lady charged me extra because my hair is 100% natural. She "detangled" my hair...

Avoid this location at all costs. It started with the wash, i don't even think she washed the perimeter-no sides/edges any of that. She quickly put on the conditioner and combed and washed it out....

This salon is the worst. I really am sorry to say. I was a regular. My normal stylist (Sade who was amazing by the way) no longer works there so I decided to try someone else. I came for a relaxer...
