Made it over to Hatch Local Food Hall on opening weekend to try out Royal Pig. I've missed their pop ups they've had all over town so was super excited to finally get a chance to try them out....

Food - 3/5 Service - N/A Ambiance - N/A The food is ok. Ginger is a bit overpowering in the rice. I also wish there was more meat. Could definitely use a bit more spice as well.

I get the vegan Cellophane Noodles and they are the best that I've ever had. It's even hard to explain how good they are, you have to experience it for yourself.

The char siu pork belly entree was amazing! Great five spice flavor. The egg roll also had great flavor. Definitely coming back!

This is honestly the only place worth going to at Hatch Local. I've had the tofu, steak, pork belly, mushroom dish, everything has been so delicious. It's the only place in Hatch Local that I feel...
