This whole franchise is not people friendly or customer oriented. Won't be back - had a chicken sandwich and it was slathered in mayonnaise- disgusting.

Of course the worst Royal Farms I've ever been to is in Virginia. What the hell. I ordered a 3 leg meal. Was standing around with several other people while the guy preparing the chicken boxes...
