Rivers Edge Coffee Co., originally known as Little Bean Coffee Co., was founded by brothers Micah and Jett Odle in November 2018, starting as a coffee cart in Memorial Regional Medical Center. They established a permanent location in Mechanicsville in 2019, creating a welcoming space for the community to enjoy quality coffee and conversation.
In May 2020, they expanded their offerings by launching Little Bean Roasting Co., allowing them to deliver excellent coffee to a wider audience. The company now operates locations in both Mechanicsville and Ashland, and features a mobile coffee trailer that frequents Montpelier and surrounding areas.
