I needed a men's suit dry cleaned quickly. Rich's came through. They cleaned my suit the same day and did a very good job. No complaints!

We have taken many items into Rich Cleaners and have had so-so satisfaction. We just ignored everything until we got a pillow back that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Decided to take pillow...

Love this place!!!! They do a great job and are extremely accommodating and helpful. I use a walker and they always bring the cleaned items out to my car so that I don't have to carry them.

DANGER ... they SHRINK sweaters. At first I thought I was gaining weight. But no...three cashmere sweaters have been made child size. Otherwise, I thought they did a good job on shirts and...

Beautiful treatment of my clothes! The sizing is correct, there is excellent attention to detail, and everything is folded and hung with meticulous care. I'm very pleased with their service.
