Our founder, Angela Foley, has been a residential REALTOR in Northern Virginia since 2002. Due to the large number of foreclosures and short sales, she decided that lease optioning would be a good option for both homeowners considering short sales, and people who have done a short sale, deed-in-lieu or foreclosure in the past 4 years. She also feels that financial literacy is of utmost importance to ALL people. The Real Dreams - Real Estate Magazine is formed from her 2 loves: Real Estate and Printing. The magazine covers subjects including: renting, buying, selling, investing, maintaining a home, renovating, refinancing, landscaping, outdoor structures (pools, sheds, garages), and a lot more. If it has to do with a product that is used in, on or around the house, we will cover it.
