Poor costumer service since Primo took over. Delivery has been each month, forcing us to buy higher priced water from the grocery store. Avoid using them.

I guess Primo doesn't have it's own Yelp??? Well ReadyRefresh has merge with Primo Brand and since this merge started, deliveries have been delayed. Just this week alone I was rescheduled 4 times....

Not sure how a water delivery service can't seem to figure out how to deliver anything. You'd have faster and more reliable service flying to Africa to get water yourself. I've been buying gallon...
