Poor customer service at the window. Many people coming in with QR codes that don't work or lost appointment slots in their system. The woman behind the desk is rude and clueless!

People showed up late at work and a lot people waiting more than 30mins. And the kiosk machine won't show who checked in with the name nor time. I don't know if this kind of business is too easy...
