During clinical rotations in nursing school, it was observed numerous events that gave cause for concern including patients not receiving their medication on time, bed sores, and patients crying out for help. Moreover, several family members were placed in long term care facilities due to a lack of flexible and quality home care services. These combined experiences led to the opening of Quality Hands & Hearts Homecare in order to help people live quality, satisfying lives within the comfort of their own homes. Quality Hands & Hearts provides peace of mind for family members, knowing that their loved one is in the comfort of their own home and is being cared for by a compassionate, attentive caregiver. Moreover, they provide clients a sense of continued independence, companionship and assistance with activities of daily living.
