History

We are a local minority family owned and operated restaurant. We opened in November 2019 with an in-house delivery team. When the pandemic came, we were able to keep afloat with our delicious food and service. Pupusas Express is expanding and aims to open new locations through the DC metro region.

Specialties

We serve authentic and delicious Latin Food, El Salvador Style. Our bread and butter are the Pupusas, but also offer a wide range of delicious Latin food such as Honduran, Tex-Mex and Mexican Birria Tacos. Check out our menu.

We go here with some frequency. Love the chicken quesadillas and the pupusas. Especially the slaw that goes with them. Any extra slaw and sauce goes to make the best chicken soup you can make!!!...
