From the beginning when I was visiting VB, staff was very helpful and pleasant. The were very expedient with answers and my transactions. I have been to many PNC branches, not many like this...

Bank no longer has tellers. Walked in to get quarters and there are no people there. Guy in office came out and said he can't help me. So disappointed in the bank that has no tellers.
