Plastics One has three divisions custom injection molding, medical cable assemblies and pre-clinical research components which assist in the manufacturing process by offering product design, in-house tooling and assembly services. The custom molding division specializes in custom design, tooling and injection and insert molding of products used in the medical, telecommunications, aerospace and consumer products industries. The medical cable assemblies division produces hand crafted custom cable designs for the medical and communications markets. Its pre-clinical research division provides design and manufacture of in-vivo neuroscience research components for pharmaceutical companies, universities and government agencies with standard and custom designed components to meet each specific application. Included in the product list of Plastics One are miniature cannula systems, an expanded line of gauges in cannula systems, combination osmotic pump connector cannulas with guide cannulas in single and double versions, multi channel electrode systems including custom electrodes, cables, commutators and custom plugs.
