Everyone in the Gloucester VA. store in very nice and they greet person and pets. Would go no other place for the grooming of my dog Bailey. I trust the groomer Dakota with all of Bailey's needs.

It is unfortunate that the employees and managers at this location are not doing their job unless their job is to sell products that they refuse deliver! I have been a customer at this location...

I took my doodle to get groomed on Friday. While I was unhappy with the cut style, I can get over that. I chose the second to longest shave. My dog came home with 2 spots that were shaved too...

I took my yorkie into to get groomed for the second time now. A few hours later I get a call that she is ready I pick her up and her cut is not even what I wanted way too short close to the skin...

Manager got confrontational and rude, when we pointed out that a sale sign was misleading. Arguing with customers for something trivial doesn't get you repeat business. Same shampoos are cheaper...
