Dr. Sierra Willeford is an interventional pain management specialist. She chose pain medicine because it closely aligns with her passion for musculoskeletal health and her commitment to improving patients quality of life by minimizing pain and improving function. By identifying and treating the underlying causes of pain, patients can restore mobility and regain independence. Dr. Willeford works with patients to create personalized, comprehensive pain management plans that not only improve their pain, but also empower them to return to active, fulfilling lives. In her free time Dr. Willeford likes to spend time outdoors, hiking in the warmer months and snowboarding in the winter. She also loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Peter Yeh is the Assistant Medical Director of Pain Services for the Northern Region of OrthoVirginia. He is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who is fellowship trained in interventional pain management, spine, and musculoskeletal medicine at Vanderbilt University. He has expertise in several areas including the treatment of cervical and lumbar disc herniations, spinal stenosis, vertebral compression fractures, and complex regional pain syndrome. Dr. Yeh performs a variety of cutting edge treatments to improve the quality of life of his patients, including fluoroscopic-guided spinal injection, radiofrequency ablation, selective nerve root blocks, and sacral lateral branch ablations, and spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve and joint injections.

Dr. David Macias specializes in foot and ankle surgery. When an injury ended his high school freshman soccer season, his orthopedic surgeon took great care of him. Besides being a great physician, the surgeon was a great person and inspired Dr. Macias to pursue a career in medicine. That experience, coupled with his undergraduate studies in biological engineering, made orthopedic surgery a perfect fit. In his free time, Dr. Macias enjoys playing with his wife and children, traveling, woodworking, and Mississippi State athletics.
